Cancellation Policy
How subscription cancellations, non-renewals, and plan changes work.
Last updated: June 2025
1. About Dashli
Dashli is a software platform that allows users to upload Excel and CSV files and convert them into dashboards, charts, tables, and shareable web pages.
Dashli may offer Free, Starter, Pro, Business, or custom subscription plans. Each plan may include different limits and features.
2. Manual Subscription Model
Dashli may use a manual subscription model.
This means subscriptions may be activated manually by a Dashli administrator after payment is confirmed through methods such as:
- Cash
- BenefitPay
- Bank transfer
- Other agreed payment methods
Dashli may not automatically renew subscriptions unless a separate written agreement or automated payment system is added in the future.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription by contacting Dashli support.
Because Dashli may use manual payments, cancellation usually means:
- You choose not to renew your subscription
- You ask Dashli not to extend your subscription further
- Your access continues until the current subscription end date
- Your plan may move to an expired, free, or view-only state after the end date
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund.
Refund requests are handled under Dashli's Refund Policy.
4. Non-Renewal
If you do not renew your subscription before the expiry date, your subscription may expire automatically.
After expiry, Dashli may limit access to paid features, including:
- Creating new dashboards
- Uploading new files
- Editing dashboard data
- Downloading exports
- Using team features
- Creating company workspaces
- Publishing or managing public links
- Using custom branding or advanced customization
Your existing dashboards may remain accessible in a limited or view-only mode depending on your plan and platform settings.
5. Access After Cancellation or Expiry
After your subscription is cancelled or expires:
- Your account may remain active
- Your dashboards may remain view-only
- Your uploaded files and dashboard data may remain stored for a period of time
- Some features may be disabled
- Public links may continue working or may be disabled depending on your settings and plan
- Team members may lose access to company workspace features
Dashli is not required to keep paid features active after the subscription end date.
6. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your original files and exported data.
Dashli should not be used as the only storage location for important business data.
Before cancelling or allowing a subscription to expire, you should download any data you may need, if the download feature is available under your plan.
7. Plan Downgrades
You may request to downgrade your plan.
When a plan is downgraded:
- Feature limits may be reduced
- Dashboard limits may decrease
- File size limits may decrease
- Team member access may be reduced
- Company workspace access may be limited
- Branding or export features may be disabled
- Some dashboards may become locked or view-only
Dashli may require you to reduce usage before the downgrade can be applied, such as removing extra team members or reducing dashboards beyond the new plan limit.
Downgrades do not automatically create a refund.
8. Plan Upgrades
You may request to upgrade your plan.
An upgrade may be activated after Dashli confirms payment or approves the plan change.
After activation, the new plan limits and features will apply according to the subscription details shown in your account or confirmed by Dashli.
9. Company Workspaces and Team Access
If your subscription includes company workspaces or team members, cancellation or expiry may affect all users in the workspace.
After cancellation or expiry:
- Team members may lose access to workspace features
- Editors may lose editing permissions
- Viewers may lose access depending on workspace settings
- Workspace sharing and permission features may be limited
- The workspace owner remains responsible for exporting or saving needed data before access is reduced
10. Suspension by Dashli
Dashli may suspend or cancel access if:
- Payment is not received or cannot be confirmed
- A subscription expires
- The account violates Dashli's Terms of Service
- The platform is misused
- The account creates legal, security, or operational risk
- Dashli is required to restrict access by law or authority
Suspension may limit or block access to dashboards, uploads, workspaces, team features, or public sharing.
11. Reactivation
If your subscription is cancelled or expired, you may request reactivation.
Reactivation may require:
- Payment confirmation
- Choosing a new plan
- Admin approval
- Updating account or workspace details
- Accepting updated Terms, Privacy Policy, or subscription limits
Dashli does not guarantee that all previous settings, links, or features will be restored exactly as before.
12. How to Cancel

13. Relationship With Refund Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation and non-renewal work.
Refund eligibility, if any, is handled separately under Dashli's Refund Policy.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically mean you will receive a refund.
14. Changes to This Policy
Dashli may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.
If we make important changes, we may notify users through the platform, by email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Dashli after changes means you accept the updated policy.
