Dashli may include features such as:
- Excel and CSV upload
- Dashboard generation
- Charts and summaries
- Searchable tables
- Public or private sharing links
- Workspace and team features
- Manual subscription activation
- Data editing and export features
- Branding and customization options
Some features may only be available based on your subscription plan.
2. Eligibility
To use Dashli, you must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement. If you use Dashli on behalf of a company, organization, or team, you confirm that you have permission to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
3. Accounts and Security
You may need to create an account to use Dashli.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- Using a strong password
- Not sharing your account with unauthorized users
- All activity that happens under your account
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or restrict your account if we believe your account is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that may harm Dashli, other users, or the platform.
4. Manual Subscription Activation
Dashli may use manual subscription activation.
This means payments may be handled outside the platform, such as by cash, BenefitPay, bank transfer, or another agreed method. After payment confirmation, an administrator may manually activate or extend your subscription.
Subscription access may depend on:
- Your selected plan
- Payment confirmation
- Dashboard limits
- File size limits
- Workspace limits
- Team member limits
- Feature availability
- Subscription start and end dates
Dashli does not guarantee access to paid features until payment has been confirmed and the subscription has been activated by an administrator.
5. Plans, Limits, and Feature Availability
Dashli may offer different plans such as Free, Starter, Pro, Business, or other custom plans.
Each plan may include different limits, including but not limited to:
- Number of dashboards
- Maximum file size
- Number of workspaces
- Number of team members
- Public sharing
- Custom branding
- Data export
- Dashboard customization
- Team permissions
We may update, add, remove, or change plans and features at any time. If a feature is changed or removed, we will try to provide reasonable notice when practical.
6. Uploaded Files and User Data
You are responsible for the files and data you upload to Dashli.
By uploading files, you confirm that:
- You have the right to upload and use the file
- The file does not violate any law or third-party rights
- The file does not contain illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content
- You have permission to process any personal or business data included in the file
Dashli may process uploaded files to generate dashboards, charts, tables, previews, summaries, and related outputs.
You remain responsible for reviewing the generated dashboards and verifying the accuracy of any data, calculations, charts, or summaries.
7. Sensitive and Personal Data
You should avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless you are sure that you have the legal right and proper authorization to do so.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Government IDs
- Bank details
- Medical information
- Passwords or secret keys
- Confidential company records
- Personal data of customers, employees, or third parties
If you upload personal data, you are responsible for ensuring that you comply with applicable data protection laws and that you have the required permissions or legal basis to process that data.
8. Dashboard Accuracy
Dashli automatically detects columns, data types, charts, summaries, and dashboard layouts.
Although we aim to make Dashli useful and accurate, Dashli may make mistakes, including:
- Incorrect column type detection
- Incorrect chart selection
- Incorrect summaries
- Incorrect formatting
- Issues with large or complex files
- Issues with files containing merged cells, unusual formats, or unsupported structures
Dashli is a productivity tool and should not be treated as financial, legal, accounting, medical, or professional advice.
You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
9. Public Sharing Links
Dashli may allow you to make dashboards public or share them through links.
If you make a dashboard public, anyone with the link may be able to view it, depending on your settings.
You are responsible for ensuring that public dashboards do not contain confidential, private, sensitive, or unauthorized information.
Dashli is not responsible for information you choose to make public.
You may make a dashboard private again if the feature is available, but people who previously accessed or copied the information may still have retained it.
10. Workspaces, Teams, and Permissions
Dashli may allow users to create personal or company workspaces and invite team members.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for:
- Managing team members
- Assigning permissions
- Controlling access to files and dashboards
- Removing users who should no longer have access
- Ensuring that shared data is appropriate for the team
Dashli is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by incorrect permission settings, shared login details, or user error.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Dashli to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or malicious content
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to access accounts, files, dashboards, or systems without permission
- Reverse engineer, attack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the platform
- Use Dashli to infringe intellectual property rights
- Share misleading, fraudulent, or harmful dashboards
- Resell Dashli access without written permission
- Bypass subscription limits or security controls
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these rules have been violated.
12. Intellectual Property
Dashli, including its design, branding, software, features, interface, logos, and related materials, belongs to Dashli or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any part of Dashli unless we give written permission.
You retain ownership of the data and files you upload, subject to the rights needed for Dashli to provide the service.
13. License to Process Uploaded Content
By uploading files or data to Dashli, you grant us a limited license to host, process, display, transform, and analyze that content only as needed to provide the service.
This includes generating dashboards, charts, previews, public links, exports, and related features.
This license ends when your content is deleted from Dashli, except where backup, legal, security, or technical retention is required.
14. Data Storage and Availability
We aim to keep Dashli available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Dashli may be affected by:
- Maintenance
- Hosting provider issues
- Database issues
- Internet outages
- Security incidents
- File processing errors
- Third-party service problems
You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your original files.
Dashli should not be used as the only storage location for important data.
15. Data Export and Deletion
Depending on your plan and available features, you may be able to download or export your data.
You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us.
Some data may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, backup, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes.
16. Payments and Refunds
Because Dashli subscriptions may be activated manually, payment terms may be agreed directly between you and Dashli.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Payments are due before paid access is activated
- Subscription periods begin when activated by an administrator
- Fees are non-refundable once access has been activated
- Downgrades or cancellations do not automatically create refunds
- Expired subscriptions may restrict creation of new dashboards
- Existing dashboards may remain view-only depending on the plan and platform settings
Any special refund or cancellation agreement must be confirmed in writing.
17. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay applicable fees
- You misuse the platform
- Your usage creates security, legal, or operational risk
- We are required to do so by law or authority
- The platform is discontinued or materially changed
You may stop using Dashli at any time.
18. Third-Party Services
Dashli may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, email, or other platform functions.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or errors, but we will try to manage the platform responsibly.
19. Disclaimer
Dashli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

This includes losses related to:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Incorrect dashboards
- Public sharing mistakes

Our total liability for any claim related to Dashli will be limited to the amount you paid to Dashli for the service during the one month before the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of Dashli at any time.
We may also change these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the platform, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Dashli after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
